The Rylock Designer Series comprises a suite of high performance aluminium windows and doors. Durable aluminium is the perfect external material for window frames. Aluminium's characteristics of strength and rigidity, together with its light weight and ease of fabrication, make it an ideal building material.

Designer Series is noted for its strength and durability. The heavy duty frames comprise complex extrusions and feature mitred corner joints for maximum rigidity. Multiple co-extruded weather seals ensure that the window performs in all weather conditions. Dual vinyl glazing means no glass to metal contact, resulting in vibration free glazing. Window products may be fitted with insect screens as standard to keep out unwanted pests.

Each product in the Designer Series features attractive hardware in the form of secure locking devices, operators and handles. These accessories are available in a range of complementary colours and ensure added security and ease of operation.

The Designer Series windows feature a 22mm glazing rebate, allowing single or double glazing. You can choose from a significant range of glazings, clear float to patterned glass. Each product in the Designer Series is available in wide range of styles and configurations including single and multiple sashes. Because our products are custom crafted, you can personalise the style of window to your individual home.

Our Aluminium frames are finished in a choice of powder coated colours that are extremely long wearing and low maintenance. Our in-house powder coating plant uses environmentally friendly powder coating technology, and allows us to consistently monitor the powder coating process to guarantee the highest possible quality. Once powder coated, aluminium does need to be repainted as is virtually maintenance free. The powder coated finish will retain its appearance for years to come.

Finally, all products have been rigorously tested by independent parties to determine air and water tightness, wind resistance and durability. These tests are performed to certify that our products meet even the most stringent of Australian Standards and are ideal for use in urban, coastal and rural areas.
